I don’t know about you, but at this time of the year, I usually feel the need to reset my patterns and behaviour.
A re-evaluation of my goals, my eating and drinking habits, my exercise routine and my self-care practices.
At the start of the year, I start off strong with my New year’s resolutions, and then come September all the wheels have fallen off. Who can relate? I have noticed that this pattern exists for so many of my clients.
This is why I suggest a “reset.” A chance to focus back in on what is important and cut out all the noise and exterior distractions. It’s time to look within.
